Homework Policy
Homework is important and valuable. It reinforces what has been learned in class, extends and generalizes concepts, helps teach responsibility, and develops positive study habits.
I assign homework Monday through Thursday up to 90 minutes per night. That is the legal amount of time the State of California allows; however, my homework consists of class work not finished in class. I am confident each child can complete the assignments on their own, but there may be times when your child needs your assistance. It is important you look over their homework each night. You are your child’s first teacher.

Family time is very important to me, as it is to you! Remember to check your text or child's nightly agenda for that night's homework, if they have any.
